The first group of thirteen beneficiaries whose projects have been approved have been identified and disbursements are already underway.
A first group of thirteen recently graduated entrepreneurs from professional technical schools in the areas of agribusiness, located in the Zambezi Valley, are referred to benefit from a loan totaling MT 6 million, intended to finance their projects under the FINANCING LINE TO AGRIBUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP – FAE, valued at about 400 million meticais. This group of the first beneficiaries of the FAE proposes to develop activities such as chicken production and the production and marketing of vegetables. It should be remembered that the FAE is intended to stimulate the promotion of value chains for agricultural products (processed rice, beans, vegetables and potatoes) and to establish the financing and promotion model for entrepreneurs resulting from the Development of Technical and Professional Skills project in the Zambezi Valley.
Potential beneficiaries of this initiative are young graduates (individual and/or associates) from professional technical schools in the areas of agribusiness, companies, cooperatives, for-profit associations located in the Zambezi Valley.
